1. Scope of these terms and conditions ("Terms")
These Terms exclusively govern the relationship between nD-enerserve GmbH, Max-von-Laue-Str. 19, 30966 Hemmingen ,Germany ("we" or "us") and the customer ("you"). No terms of purchase or order provided by you the customer will apply. We reserve the right to alter our Terms from time to time, but only the Terms in force at the time of the conclusion of an order will apply to such order, regardless of any subsequent amendments. The latest version of our Terms is available at shop.enerserve.eu ("Our Site") or on request. In addition to these Terms, any licence terms and conditions from or with the manufacturer of a product on Our Site may also apply. Product names and logos are the property of the manufacturers and may not be used without their express permission. Product images appearing on Our Site are provided by way of illustration only and may differ from the products actually delivered.
We can accept orders, from all countries selectable in the country menu of our Site and subject to any legal restrictions which may apply. If you require delivery to a country which is not on the menu, please contact us directly at info@enerserve.eu and we will try to help you if we can.
2. Contract partner, customer service

Contract language in Germany is German, in other countries German or English.
3. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order of the goods contained in the shopping basket. The confirmation of the receipt of the order takes place together with the acceptance of the order immediately after the sending by an automated e-mail. 4. Prices

5. Shipping charges
The shipping costs are determined in the online shop depending on the weight of packages and the destination country. For cash on delivery, an additional fee of EUR 5.15 will be charged. An additional 2.00 EUR cash on delivery fee is charged by the customer on site. No other taxes or charges will be charged. For deliveries outside of Germany, we charge shipping costs according to shipping costs table "DHL Paket International".6. Payment

Cash on delivery

7. Reservation of title
The delivered goods remain our property up to the complete payment of the purchase price and all claims which are otherwise due to the customer. In the case of current invoices, the reserved property shall be considered as collateral for our balances.In the event of a breach of contract by the customer, in particular in the case of a delay in payment, we are entitled to take back the goods. The withdrawal of the goods by us does not constitute a withdrawal from the contract, unless we had expressly declared this in writing.
The customer is entitled to use the delivered goods by means of resale - revocable and revocable under this right for payment purposes - only within the framework of normal and regular business transactions, but not for pledging or safeguarding. The customer is already fully liable to us from the resale or any other legal basis (insurance, tort) with regard to the reserved goods (including all balances due from current account). In the case of access by third parties to the reserved goods, the customer shall inform our property and notify us immediately.
