Shipping

The shipping costs depend on the weight of the packages and the recipient country in the online shop. For cash on delivery, an additional fee of EUR 5.15 will be charged. An additional 2.00 EUR cash on delivery fee is charged by the customer on site. No other taxes or charges will be charged. For deliveries outside of Germany, we charge shipping costs according to shipping costs table "DHL Paket International".

Payment

The payment is done in advance, PayPal or cash at pickup.

Payment in advance

When selecting the payment method of payment, we will call you our bank account in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after payment receipt.

Paypal

You pay the invoice amount via the online provider Paypal. You must always be registered there or register, authenticate with your access data and confirm payment instructions to us (exception, if necessary, guest access). You'll get more information during the ordering process.

Cash on pickup

You pay the invoice amount in cash when you pick up. Pickup only by prior appointment.
